I am really sick, my sinuses are killing me two, how come one side of my nose will be really stuffed up, then after a while, ot will be the other side, and the one side will be fine, like it alternates.
Its reallly annoying, how can I get rid of all this stuffyness, I try sneezing to get it outl, but never works.

Your sinuses have open channels all over your face and the mucous can shift.If you buy a sinus cleansing system like sinucleanse you can rinse your sinuses with a gentle saline solution that will loosen everything up and rinse it out.You can pick one up at any drugstore for 10-15.00 I use one to keep my sinuses clear and it's great during allergy season. You can also try sudafed or any other decongestant.But stay away from antihistamines,they make you sleepy but,they dry up your sinuses making it hard to clear the mucus out of them.

Sorry to say this, but you mostly just have to wait it out. Try some Advil Cold and Sinus. That usually helps the headache for me. Use Afrin or Ocean Mist to keep you sinuses moist, but most importantly get some rest. Merry Christmas.

If you have this problem for more than a week maybe you need o go to doctor. You could have a sinus infeciton. Antibiotics should knock that out of you. If you can't afford to go to dr. then go to a store like wal-mart and get yourself a good sinus cold medicine. I find that being sick so long I spend more money with otc medicine and would actually be cheaper to go to doctor

Yes you're sick right now.
Too ease your pain you can lie down your body and head, and when you nose stuffed at one side, i.e. right, lie down to your left. Do it until it feels a little better.
Or you can open can of coke, and just suck the crisp gas near to your nose, it will help instantly
and try to swallow some cough medicine, most of the time this drug has decongestant for your stuffy nose
And yeah drink a lot of water to let the infection neutral

You aren't the only one, me too!!!....its a bug going around....my throat is scratchy today, oh yey huh.....I have had a sinus headache for 5 days now....Ibuprofens and Benydryl.....Some say Sudafed, but I can't take some of that stuff, it makes me jittery....You can use good old fashioned Vick's vapor rub, if you have a vaporizer that could help if you are in a small room....Hate to say it but think we have to ride this pre winter bug out, hope you feel better, and have a Merry Christmas!!!

If medicines does not help, try the alternative remedy, expecially if you want to avoid surgery. Fasting for 5 consecutive days with pineaapple juice in take four times a day would cure your ailment.

Get a bowl of hot water put a lowel over your head to contain the steam and it will loosen up.Then blow your nose.Don't use boiling water use your tap water and as hot as you can get the water.
