Any exercises relating to core strengthening are great. You can also try pilates or yoga for pregnant women.

there are some options you have like pregnancy yoga and such but you should never start any excersice routine without consulting with your dr. If you have always been active then there is a lot you can do but ow is not the timeto start trying new things. Light weights should be ok if you lifted before you were pregnant, also walking is a great excersise for pregnancy.

Water aerobics is great. I did it up until my delivery for both of my babies. Just make sure you discuss it with your physician. Also be ready to tell your instructor you have your doctor's permission, and to discuss your pregnancy with your classmates. I found the support from the group to be comforting as well. I've also heard yoga is good, but I haven't tried it.

You should ask your doctor these questions just to be safe. But walking and swimming are definitly good exercises while you are pregnant. Also some types of pilates/yoga are good.

As long as you're healthy, low impact like yoga, swimming, or walking is generally okay. There are some excercises you can do while you're pregnant to help prepare your body for birth too, like tailor sitting, pelvic tilts, and squats.

i LOVED swimming when i was pregnant. it was easy exercise, and the weightless feeling when you are swimming helps relieve back pain, and helps the pain in the feet.
