I'm guessing that you shy away from strong women and that's why you've never seen one in action.
Most men don't have the stomach to be leaders either.

In my opinion I dont like female leaders. I agree with the emotional thing but I also feel men are, should I say smarter than us? For example, Id trust male doctors more than I trust female doctors. I am more comfortable with males. I'd rather have a male boss than a female and if Hillary Clinton thinks for a minute she is going to run the USA, she has rocks in her head because Im sure Im not the only one that thinks like this.

To say women are poor managers or leaders based on emotion is stereotypical. While some women (and men) can be emotional none of them become leaders until they can control their emotions. Look at some of the past women leaders that were good to great in my mind. Margaret Thatcher and Golda Mier are two I can think of right away.

Well, all the ladies I can think of have been decent. Pelosi has been a good leader, Mother Teresea was undoubtedly respected. I can't think of a woman in a high up place that had to abandon post because of emotional breakdowns or the whatnot.

Women have the mind, the heart, the soul, and so much more to bring things into play. I think women should be the forefront of more than they are now. I don't think that women get too emotional especially not in business. It's personal relationships that cause women pain and not their work environment.

History has shown that many of the women in top positions of power became ruthless and self-indulgent. "Bloody Mary" and "Catherine the Great" come to mind. Sure...it happens to men sometimes too...but not as often, it seems. The same seems to hold true today. Tell the ladies at work that the new boss is going to be a woman and they all put in for a transfer. They, too, know that most women bosses are cut-throat because they have something they think they have to prove. Having worked for both men and women, myself, I can say that men are more consistant in what they want as far as your productivity is concerned. Women don't like to tell you exactly what they want, and then jump on you when you make a mistake in their eyes. It's sometimes as if they expect you to read their minds. Hmm...nothing new there, now that I think of it. ;-)

Emotional? I'm not sure if you've seen women in truly powerful positions, because they can be quite ruthless. Have you not heard of "Bloody Mary"? Don't let gender fool you.

My problem with women in a position of power... is that they always over use their power and don't know how to relax and lay back.
They do everything by the book... rather than using their own judgement. In other words... they feel insecure and won't take a risk which could make them look bad if it's go wrong.
