Very important to eat balanced diet off the official food pyramid, extra protein, extra carbs, much variety in vegetables and fruits, vegetables more important than fruits (new finding), green tea, jellies/jams ok, don't overcook, eat at regular times, 4-6 smaller meals/day, stay active, sit up straight.

Let V be volume h be height and A be average horizontal area.
Assume that your body volume is constant ( which is false.)
V=A*h is a constant
dh/dA= - V/(A^2) < 0 (V,A>0)
As A decreases, h increases.
Assume that your average horizontal area is constant( which is also false.)
A=V/h is a constant
dh/dV= 1/A >0
As V increases, h increases.
To make things true, the formulas obtained can be used as partial differentials.
You should eat to increase the volume and decrease the average area together whichever seems best.

This is not a mathematical question. Eat a well balanced diet with sufficient protein. Exercise is good for health but I don't know that it makes you taller.

If you are healthy and still growing, there is nothing you can eat to get taller faster.
If you are fully grown, there is nothing you can do to get taller, except having your bones broken and stretched.

If you are still in your teens, and very short, you may have an under active pituitary gland which produces the growth hormone.
It will be good if you went to your doctor who could prescribe to you the growth hormone. It works very well, provided you are still young, but needs medical supervision.
