What is your favorite weapon in Battlefield 2142 and why?

I just started playing yesterday and have the Lambert Carbine and doing pretty good with it.

But I've noticed I get killed alot by the Voss L-AR so it must be good.

I think I have enough credits to get the Zeller-H Advanced Sniper Rifle then I'm going to work on support and get the Ganz HMG.

What is your favorite and why?

I like the starter light machine gun from support ( I forgot the name). The fast fire rate is great in close range fighting - especially when you are learning; you do not have to be that accurate, just keep firing.

I need just a few more points and I will get the heavy machine gun and try it out. I have heard that in actually not as good as the light machine gun due to it overheating much sooner, but I want to try it out.



I will move to sniper next and work my way to the high-end sniper rifle. I have tried on a local machine (with mod to allow all options) and it was sweet. Only having 3 round is somewhat of a pain, but I liked it much better - hits harder and seems to me to be more accurate.

I like sniping so I use the Zeller-H Advanced Sniper Rifle with the DysTek Hi-Scope, if I find a good place to hide overseeing everything I can get alot of kills.

I like the recon pack's detonation bombs. It's easier to blow the enemy titan's hull!
