That song is also called "With Love" (like the perfume!). It's not officially released yet, but it will be her next single and on her album which is going to be released sometime in April 07. Additionally, the company that made the ad (Radical.Media)is going to have the video/commercial containing a 60 second version on their site. I read all about this on a Hilary Duff fan message board a couple of days ago, and those fans are DEVOTED, so you know it's true.

i dont know what song it is but im sure you can go to the itunes music store and search hilary duff and look for familiar titles and listen to the previews
