Your brain is the largest sexual organ in your body. Without it the other parts of your body used for sex are irrelevant. Both men and women have sexual fantasies with the male going in for more visual/graphic thoughts opposed to the woman's more romantic images. That's not to say some women don't give in to the occasional naughty pornographic thought now and then. Fantasies help with our mental well being and cause no harm to anyone. Wanna hear some of mine? hehehe

Not being afraid to act and say what you feel, throwing caution to the wind, and losing yourself in the moment, it depends on whatsort of person you are at the end of the day, i suppose they spice up things, but if you are comfortable within yourself to act out your fantasies, then why not???
I read a magazine once, where this guy said, he would be more likely to go on a one night stand and act out his fantasies, because he thinks indulging it with his girlfriend would be too weird, because he knows her and everything...a bit sad....but people need to live a little...

you have no idea how wonderful they can be...I have been with my old man for 7 years, every now and then we add these 'fantasies' to our sex life and it is so much fun! There are a lot of different roles to play, if you want to try 'em out, just ask your partner what their fantasy is (this opens the door to tell your parter what your fantasy is), its a lot of fun and adds a lil spice to any relationship :) there are a lot of informative books you guys can read together too :) Have fun :)

Fantasies are so important even if your partner doesn't know what you are thinking, but it's good to do it to-gether too. Variety is the spice of life. That's why a LOT of wives have lovers. (More than people think) And men too of course
