Are R&B singers Ne-Yo and Pleasure from Pretty Ricky related?

On The Hotline by Pretty Ricky is my song. But Pleasure's voice and appearance reminds me so much of Ne-Yo. I was just wondering if they were related in some kind of way.

Naw they ain't related, but they do look similar. I have a pic of them together and i can barely tell them apart.
