I also notice that my left ball is much more lower compared to the right ball. Is this normal? Or this is the result of that incident?

Cancer- no amount of physical trama to any part of your body is ever going to cause cancer, so no.

Infertility- yes...both testes rupture due to excess trama, a man can become sterile. It's pretty rare because that amount of force usually causes external injuries, but it can happy.

As for size inconsistancy, most men will have one that is a little lower than another. If it's always been that way, you don't need to worry. However, if you got hit and now one is lower than the other, then you should see a doctor ASAP. Heck, since it's X-mas and all the doctors are out, I'd go straight to an emergency clinic. The teste itself is okay to lose (you have two afterall), but there are a lot of little blood vessels in that area that can break and cause you to bleed out.

If it's been a few days, it's not as urgent, but if there's still pain I'd see a regular doctor fairly soon.

It is normal that one ball hangs lower than the other. There is a chance that being hit in the groin too hard could cause these things, but the chances are low I think. People get hit there all the time. If you are concerned or it is bothering you make sure you call a doctor.

the fact is that the left ball is really much lower and bigger than the other, they can't be symmetrical.

no, but it could effect your testicles and make them too hot. To correct this you might have to have surgery to correct the varicose vein.
