how do i get the icons off a cingulair razorv3?

I'm going to assume you mean the quick links (access to phonebook, ringtones, etc).

Go to Menu > Settings > Personalize > Home Screen > Home Keys > then you can hide the icons so you can better view the picture on your screen.

Delete them. That's what I did.
