I've heard that she is having a real hard time finishing the 7th book, and would like to never write another book again, but feels she owes it to the fans so she has to finish it. So I'd say, no, there will never be another Harry Potter book after the series ends with the death of Voldemort. But on the other hand, there are so many loose ends to tie up that Rowling may decide to finish it in two books instead of one. I can't see how she'd finish it all off in less than about 800 pages, myself.

It is called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows not Deathly Hollows as some people say. you could check out Jk Rowling's site and click the links and find out other things about book 7.
