Yes..its crushed right now..unfortunately along with my christmas spirit too..but im trying to remain positive since its the holidays and all..and putting on a brave face in the meantime

Ya, by my ex husband. Thank goodness I saw what he was doing, broke away from him emotionally and mentally for about a year before leaving him--and haven't been with him for 1 1/2 years now! I have my spirit back, and it is better and freer than ever before!

I have had my spirt crushed many times in the passed and now i am really Lucky cause i don;t let people bring me down.If i have a idea or a dream i just go for it no matter what.Do not let people crush your spirit.

Amy C yes, many times. I have had to pick up the remains and call it a day to wake up in the morning w/blood in my eye. shake off the events to rule my future for myself.

but i got through it. your spirit can be crushed but only the strong people will put it behind and learn.
