Robert Klane is a director, you can see the many films at the site below. No pictures or bio's were available on him. Most links to the book are dead ends.

The law of supply and demand from economics says, if the supply is low, and the demand high, then the price will be high. This must be the case. For a 166 page paperback to sell for that much ($118.00 minimum) it has to be in high demand.
