Kelly. He's the only QB on that list who played in Buffalo and was never embarassed by the weather...

No, every "great" QB has his upsides and downsides. Of all 3, Favre definitely has the Toughness factor. Never missing a game due to an injury and still out there playing. (I think retirement for him will be age 80). Marino has the better accuracy all around, Favre Had amazing accuracy his first 8 years starting with his 100+ mph laser arm. But as he has aged he hasn't done a good job compensating for his slower throwing, hence why he is becoming lead INT QB. Elway, is great because he was probably the most well rounded. Could run a bit if needed, could get a good strong accurate pass. He could also take a few shots. You can't really compare them. Anyone who says Favre though doesn't earn to be mentioned as a possible Best QB to play the game, is just not wanting to "ride a bandwagon" now a days, or rooted against him his whole career. Same can be said for the other 2 QBs, in their own right they deserve to be mentioned as one of the best QBs to have played.

Where is Joe Montana? He is the best quarterback ever to play the game. He is better than anyone on your list.

Best Quarterbacks:

1. Joe Montana
2. John Elway
3. Terry Bradshaw
4. Dan Marino
5. Dan Fouts
6. Brett Farve
7. Johnny Unitas
8. Troy Aikman
9. Steve Young
10. Payton Manning

Warren Moon, Jim Kelly and Drew Beldsoe are not worthy choices.

Out of this list I think its either Favre or Elway. Elway could throw absolute pills, and Favre can still throw them even though he is getting old.

In today's NFL I think Mike Vick has the strongest arm, however he will never make it in the NFL as a QB because he couldnt hit water if he fell out of a boat, but that story is for a different day.

Best throwing arm is not on your list - Dan Fouts had the best throwing arm ever.

On your list I would pick John Elway as a passer, on arm strength it would be Brett Favre.

Now if you are talking just throw the ball a long way, does anybody remember Bobby Douglas, he played for the Bears in the early seventies, he would throw the ball the length of the football field on his knees, but he was probably the worst quarterback ever to play in the NFL, One year he did rush for over 900 yards.

Out of that bunch of talented quarterbacks the man with the best and hardest throwing arms has to be Elway. Basically if you take Bledsoe out you have all hall of famers with Favre most likely going in when he retires.

Depends waht you mean by "great". If you mean most passes complete, then it's Brett Favre, but for sheer stregth, it's probably Dan Marino. John Elway was great at comebacks but he didnt have the sheer stregth that Marino had

Dan Marino is has completed the most passes in his career...more than any other qb in history. doest that make him the best to play...I believe it does. Miami could have won a bowl or two if they had a running game or a recieve like Rice....even though Im a bills fan My vote would have to go for Dan Marino

Favre won the QB club contest for that one twice, Bledsoe is a close second.
