Yes it does piss me off as people have no right to judge me.

However... in most cases... you will find that people are judging you because you are either complaining about your lack of money or you are struggling because of a lack of money.

If you can make money without working hard... you'll find that those hard working people will be jealous of you... rather than criticising your lack of work ethic.

I don't know what you mean by "hard work." Are you restricting the definition to manual labor? I'd say more intellectual work can still be taxing mentally and just as stressful as any other job. If, however, you believe that you are smarter than the average person, you should be allowed to work less than your coworkers, that's just narcissism.

I say work smarter (i.e., more efficiently, more productively) rather than harder. That means getting an education and finding a better job instead being one of those people who wants to work sixty hours per week so that they can make more money.

Interesting. There are actually a number of jobs that rely on intelligence and not "hard work" in that you have to use your brains, not your muscles. And, if you do something you love, it rarely feels like hard work. So, you may have a point. On the other hand, if you're sitting on your A$$ waiting for someone to give you something to reward you for being so brainy, the "hard-working people" probably have a point.

If you're not part of the solution, you're probably part of the problem.
