over the summer time i got lazy and gained some weight. my pudge won't go away! i need some tips.

if its over ur abs, crounchers defiantly, but if its low (like over u pants) get an exercise ball and her crounchers on that!

You have to be determined to a degree you probably have not yet experienced to loose weight and firm up. remember that the "pudge" didn't arrive over night, so trying to get it off over night is doomed to failure. Go see your doctor and ask His /her recomendation for a sensible diet/excersise program, then go for it!!!

Eat a high protien/low carb diet and exercise. Do sit-ups or crunches.
