i should take my own advice here... I was about to say, get out, go somewhere. do something fun. don't worry about whether you've "earned" it or "deserve" it; every day is a reason to celebrate, just like Madonna said in her song "holiday." Seriously, you have got to treat yourself well. I am too hard on myself and don't let myself have enough fun, I am constantly thinking of reasons I can't do things. Shake all that off and just get out there.

Also, go to youtube and watch askaninja.

You have been given much advice -- good advice. Allow my added import here...

Your slope downward in your outer world is but an indication of your slope upward in your inner world, which in time will manifest on the outer, in which case certain activities in your inner life will slow.

These are but living sine waves and but natural and spiritual harmonies balancing, which is quite a healthy sign, believe it or not...

This all is because you are accomplishing much and throwing considerable amounts of baggage overboard, and at a rate that is suited for you. For another person, this would be different in terms of both amounts and rate of speed of burn off.

It is good that this is occurring in this way because you do not suffer all the scrapes and bruises you would otherwise suffer from here in the outer world.

It is but Life's way of sparing you all the pain you could otherwise endure. It allows you to expand and grow without undue obstructions. As someone else has said here, it will all pass.

To live a buoyant, active life can in reality mean that such a person is asleep on the inner. He or she may be enjoying life but not necessarily moving upward but rather laterally. This would indeed become quite boring and meaningless. However, do not mistake me to mean that all who have upbeat lives are asleep.
Nor should I be misunderstood to mean that those whose lives "suck" have a good life forthcoming.

But do take life with a different take, and realize that you are to take a different perspective, something original. This is usually done best while a person is in a state that renders reflection.

So this doldrum and boredom you experience is meant to allow you space and time to reflect and contemplate, for you will need this once the upswing manifests on the outer again. All peaks and troughs are complementary and reliant upon one another and are of great necessity. Again, this indicates health in an individual, not illness.

1. Get out of that environment. Tends to make things look worse, because it's "same old same old".
2. Distract yourself with something to do, preferably something new and interesting.
3. "Blah" + depressed means the boring part of the equation is doing some damage and bringing you down. Get rid of whatever unwanted elements are adding to the blahishness; there's usually something you can do to remove irritations.

You think about what you really want in life. What do you do when your life is your fault? Change it or quit! If your feeling down you need to change your life! Do what you've always wanted to do. Drop what your doing, pursue your dreams and be happy! You only have one life so you'd better make it count! Ya know what they say, jump and the net will appear. Well guess what, the net is allready there, you just can't see it cause your jumping from so far. Just do it, jump. Don't waste another second of your life.......

Sleep, until I can't sleep any longer, to help you get a different perspective on life, do a little research on places in our world that are experiencing very harsh and difficult conditions in their cities now, in depth as far as you can , see into thier lives on a daily basis, whether their struggles are from an evironmental, catastrophy from nature herself or a hell caused by war or hostile takeover from a radical, extremist group.
Then take another look at your life and community, by this time you will have fdrgotten about being bored and unenthused, you'll coun't your blessings and perhaps choose a path that will
redefine who you are, what you are and you'll find there are not enough hours in a day for you to do all the things that you want to do.
I find that when I don't live in a way that brings out the best of me, isn't in rythym with my nature or spirit, or just doesnt feel right, then I am not where I am supposed to be, if my environment or path doesnt fit, I don't force it.I do something different. So give my suggeston a try and see if it helps you snap out of your frame of mind, sleep well and take a few vitamins, a nice hot bath and clean cotton , sheets on your bed, with a scent added to them with a fragrance that appeals to you , if you prefer sound over silence when relaxing then play very soft instrumental music turned down just to where you can hear the instument(s) clean and clearly.Something like, native american flutes, or meditation music from a world genre, or from one of the masters from another century.. close your eyes, try not to think about anything in particular just tap into your senses, the smell of the sheets, the melody of the unfamiliar yet pleasant backgroungd music, the way your body is relaxed, then travel somewhere in your mind, imagine
yourself doing something that would be an adventure, where money is not an option, where would you go?what would you do as you traveled?

If days pass and you still feel bored and depressed, tell your doctor, he may be able to shed some light and give you some tests to rule out or confirm underlying causes.

Do you eat from all the food groups recommended?need vitamin supplements or iron..

Consider a part time volunteer job at your local animal shelter.
or an internship in a field you think you may want to pursue.

Your library has a bulliten board with many different happenings locally in a variety of capacity's..

for a project: create a pamphlet or guide for your age group, in your county, Of "things to do in _______ , ", Pretend like it is an assignment for your job " Then make notes on all the possibilities you can imagine that may be available and not so obvious, perhaps note what isn't available but would make a welcome addition to your area , or a profitable buisness adventure worthy of consideration, Is it a buisness, you can build, create or provide from scratch until it becomes reality and functional.Giving you a wealth of knowledge and experience in the interim, that would set in motion the components and solid foundation that will become an extrordinary, and fruitful life. or if not the ,pamphlet or website or blog that identifies local intersts, especially the hidden options available at any given time for your age group, highlighting, the unusual, alternative or innovative possibilities.
A blog and/or site created just for people in your county, in your age group, with a capacity for interaction and bulliten board for users to add happenings or comments, would keep you very busy creating it, keeping it up to date and you'd make friends, and know all the stuff happening in your town,

This really works, I do it , and my friends who try it also find it works.

Make a list of 10 of the things you like to do.

Then go and do at least some of them.

It is simple and it works.
