how can i allow pop ups?

take pop up blocker off
or click the yellow bar that usually pops up
when a pop up is blocked

Hold down the control (ctrl) key and click the link to the site with the popup. For most sites that enable popups for that one visit.

You can hold control and it will allow a popup to come up that is normally blocked.
