One not-so-good grade on your HS transcript isn't going to hurt your chances at any school (now if you have a lot of C's and/or are pulling in less than a 3.7 unweighted...). Your SAT score will "count" for more.

1600, because the C in computer science isn't the actual AP test score. It is just a semester or quarter grade.

If you can manage a 1600, then you should do fine on the actual AP score, which is what they actually look at.

i'll go with the computer scientist anyday. it can get really really abstract at times.
