changing ur personality is a huge step, so before u do see what the merits and demerits are and weather its for ur own gud or other.
its takes a lot to do that personality changes can occur naturally and spontaniously as life goes on. for example an person can be very depressed and quiet and sad personality after he or she witnessed a car accident. major incidents as such are milestones where ur personali route may change.
although i am jus 18 yrs old. i've been through a lot.

well, changing your personality almost sounds like u just want to fit in...which would be being a fake...just let your natural personality shine through, it doesnt matter if ts good enough for someone else.

I don't beleive you can change your basic personality,BUT you can improve it, identify the things you do that you don't like and find a better way of doing it.

With great difficulty...
It is embedded in you by the age of 5.
You can force yourself to change... and I have seen people doing that... but it keeps re-surfacing when you forget to watch yourself... like when someone makes you angry.
