Pay the money already! What I would do is get on YA and cry about it, like that is going to change your situation. You want reinstated, pay them the money. You were living in Missouri while holding an Illinois license. Were you a resident of Missouri more than 60 days when this occured? If so, why did you not have a Missouri license? This should have been done within 60 days after moving to Missouri. Last, $2500 for a dui is cheap. Average cost in the state of Illinois is between $5000-$7500.

If you live in Missouri, I'm not clear about your reasons for wanting your Illinois DL returned to you. Unless this is a requirement of the Mo. courts, can't you just let your DL stay at the Illinois DMV?

First, ignore the police. they're going to rightly inform you that is a civil, not a criminal count number, and they received't become in touch. You reported both names are on the identify, yet did not say how they were listed. no matter if that is John Doe OR Jane Doe, both of you may promote the motor vehicle or make adjustments, like taking the different man or woman's call off. If it says John Doe AND Jane Doe it may take both your signatures to make adjustments. If he's your ex, i anticipate you went to court docket and a court docket chop up the sources and gave you the vehicle you try to get the identify for. if that's the case, bypass decrease back for your criminal specialist and tell him your ex isn't following the court docket order to get you the identify, and he will manage it for you.

You do the crime, you do the time.Think where you would be if you had killed someone while dui. Think about it while you walk to work to earn enough money to get your license back.

First of all, .095 is not that close to .08
Secondly, perhaps this will teach you a valuable lesson....but I doubt it.
Don't drive drunk...and put a shirt on!
No wonder people think midwesterners are trashy.

research it online. if you have to get a lawyer. it seems redundant to pay two seperate reinstatement fees.
