I was in a car accident about a week ago, it was just a little fender bender. I had on a seat belt and the car was pushed forward a little. I was feeling fine, so I didn' t go to the hospital. I'm four months pregnant. I've been having really bad cramps especially in the middle of the night with cold sweats. I've just been feeling funny. I made an appointment with my gyno for the day after Christmas. I've been feeling real paranoid and I've been checked for blood, but there's none. Could I be having a miscarriage?

keep a close eye on yourself. cramping is a symptom of a miscarriage. it is possible but i wouldnt stress on it. stressing isnt good either for the baby. just relax and if you do start to bleed i would recommend going to the hospital. dont make any sudden movements. its only two days away. also if you start vomitting severely, thats a another symptom. my advice is to just try and take it easy the next two days. ok. i hope everything turns out ok and i hope i have helped.. Happy holidays

Miscarriage Symptoms
If you are having a spontaneous miscarriage, you will probably have vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and cramping.

Bleeding may be only slight spotting, or it can be quite severe. Your health care provider will ask about how much you have bled—usually the number of pads you've soaked through. You will also be asked about blood clots or whether you saw any tissue.
Pain and cramping occur in the lower abdomen. They may occur on only one side, both sides, or in the middle. The pain can also go into your lower back, buttocks, and genitals.

You may no longer have signs of pregnancy such as nausea or breast swelling/tenderness if you have experienced a miscarriage.

Watch for the least bit of spotting. Unless things get worse than what they have been for the last week, the day after Christmas should be fine. Lay down as much as possible between now and then and try to relax. Go to the ER immediately if things get worse! Good luck and Merry Christmas!

I wouldn't risk anything especially when your in a car accident. If your not feeling good go to the er room especially since your pregnant.

You shouldn't freak, but good thing you made an appointment.
It might just be growing pains (from the babe inside of you).

You could, but most likely, no.
Just relax and act normally.
