It's normal for a scratched guitar. That's not what you intended to buy, right? So I'd return it, and if they give you any guff, that's all you'll have to tell them. Most places are cool about damage and repair, though. They deal in expensive-end goods, and that's just the most professional way to be.

It's not normal for any fretboard to have scratches on it, but it occasionally happens.
Since you bought the guitar brand new, return it to the store you bought it from.

that's called action, too severe off the fretboard is too severe and at the same time as the strings are too on the point of the fretboard that's too low. regrettably that's not really person-friendly to fix, I recommend having a specialist take care of it and take it to a save.

Perhaps the Guitar shop used it alot as a 'demo' guitar, before i went to buy my guitar i picked up heaps of different guitars and played them. Depends on how bad the scratches are, and the cost of the guitar.

maybe they handled it carelessly while moving guitars around? are they really bad scratches? if so, maybe you should talk to them about it. if they're not too bad, then maybe just leave it alone.
