I got a Webkinz for Christmas. I signed up and it started to load and it has been loading for the past hour or so. Please help!

I've tried four different browsers and 2 different computers. Still nothing happens!

Sometimes that happens to me, but not all the time. It takes a while, but never an hour. Why don't you ask one of your friends if they can help. Also try restarting your computer. That might help it, or their might be to many people on it, and they might be trying to add stuff in it. I hope this helps!

The site has been very flaky before Christmas but I think it's running smoothly right now. If you still can't get in, I"d contact Webkinz Customer Service at 1-866-WEBKINZ (932-5469) in the U.S. or Canada, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, EST.

Yea it works perfectly. Maybe it`s your computer.
