I made many mil on RuneScape by woodcutting. But, if you are not registered, don't even try to get 20 mil. Don't worry, if you are not registered there really isn't anything worth getting for 20 mil. If you are registered, then woodcut to level 60, then you can make money off of yews. Then eventually your woodcut will be level 75 and you will cut magics. Woodcutting levels up quickly, don't worry.
