No,they don't buy them from individual consumers.
(only from the manufacturer). They do sell them.
GameStop and EBGames buy used games from people.

yes they buy them from certain peoplpe so then they can sale them but the place you should go to is sams goody or wal mart or another store cause they dont have good games

No but they overprice the damn things for you to buy. Go to a CD Warehouse or GameZone or?? they USUALLY pay well

no they do not but Eb games and gamestop does but there pretty cheap.... try ebay
