When i here sad songs i think of people who have died in my life and i get sad and start 2 cry or i wish i never did that bad thing or i wish i never lost that person over something very stupid..

I think that as human beings it' s normal for us to get emotional when we hear a sad song. Like when i hear those depressing songs, i sometimes cry because i relate it to my own life. I've heard that crying is a good way to get rid of all those negative emotions and thoughts. So i guess it's good for you to see it as a way of releasing your negative energy. Also keep i mind that loosing people who we love in our lives, is not a decision made by us but by a superior power; God. So don;t try to blame yourself for that. Life is full of challneges and you need to be strong. Don't let the sad songs and negative thoughts keep you down. Best of luck

The tribute song by P. Diddy to Notorious B.I.G. (the remake of "Every Breath I Take" originally performed by Sting) moves me to tears. I lost my best friend Ashley three years ago when she was only 18 years old. She was killed in a boating accident. I wish she was still on this Earth, but some negligent and irresponsible boater took her life. Ashley's legacy will live forever...her memory lives on.

When I feel really tired, I cry. For some reason, that's when I think of all the terrible things that I have done to other people or that have happened to me.
