Vietnam's time is an hour earlier than Singapore.

They are one hour apart.
Physically they should be in the same time zone, but in practice, Singapore follows West Malaysia, which is one hour different. For more information look here: http://www.math.nus.edu.sg/aslaksen/teaching/timezone.html

Sing time is GMT + 8
Viet time is GMT +7
If you do use PC, you can double click on time icon on the low right corner bar of your monitor, you can see world's time zones
