Oh, you mean Speaker of the House Pelosi, the leader of the party in the majority in the House of Representatives? That Nancy Pelosi? The lady who won her congressional race while all those republicans went down swinging?

Because it's phony. Just like she is. Wait till January, her phony smile will be gone.
Then she will look constipated all the time like she is full of gas and hot air as her ventilator valve is puckered real tight and she's about to explode but can't re-leave the building pressure, and you could play toms toms on her abdomen.
Remember, it is best to stand a little to the side of Nancy when her phony smile is gone. If that puckered ventilator valve ever releases pressure, there is no telling of all the damage that waits to be bestowed upon them that are within range.
