I'm flying back home December 27th and I haven't seen my boyfriend for 2 weeks because I've been visiting family for the holidays. What's something really nice and romantic, but not corny, I can do for my boyfriend? Also, needs to be inexpensive, because I don't have a lot of money to spend. We haven't been together for long, but I really like him a lot. :)

If he's one of those people who uses his cellphone as a watch, get him a watch (a decent watch can be had for $20 and a pretty nice watch can be had for $40+). Not only is it useful, but it'll show you've quietly noticed something he could use (and that's kind of romantic).
If you're any good at cooking (or really, just aren't bad at it), you can try that (just a small meal; a main dish and dessert). I'd suggest fried rice and then some cake/brownies/cookies (buy a box of mix). Despite the fact I'm gay, women (and a few guys) always tell me that it's so "cute" and "sweet" that I can cook.
I suppose you have some idea of what kind of music he listens to so get some album that's new and kind of romantic in his favorite genre or by his favorite band(s).

Well, I don't know how much time you have, but something sweet and homemade that commemorates you two is always nice. My best friend has given me framed pictures of us decorated with little stickers and cute saying or quotes like 'two peas in a pod!'- it'd be easy to do a variation on that, and every time he looks at it, he'll get that warm feeling inside, not just because of what is is, but the fact that you made it shows the love. Simple, sweet, relatively inexpensive!

Foot massage!
Use salt and warm water... the salt crystals act like acupuncture needles that find just the spots that are sore (they roll over the spots that aren't sore without doing anything), and then that dissolve.
This has the side bene of getting his feet completely clean, so if you want to segue into licking between his toes....the whole thing could be a really cool long foreplay session!
