Is there any way to save a video stream to the hard disk?.?

A streaming video played through the internet. Is there any way to save such internet video stream as a file to my hard disk?. If yes, how?. Is there an application program to do this?.

Probably yes, you need to find the temporary file on your computer that holds the download, then save it to HD.
