In the 1800's they used to give saltpeter to sailors to keep them from getting horny. It actually works. They don't sell saltpeter in pharmacies anymore, but it is the active ingredient in stump remover (no joke).
So the answer is to give massive doses of saltpeter to everyone with internet access, so men and women will stop gettin horny and lookin at crempies and gapers n such.
Then no one would make money on the sites, and they'd all shut down except for the art-based ones.

lobby the powers that be to implement .xxx for adult sites. It would make blocking a whole lot easier
