I had a really in-depth dream last night. I dreamed that I was pregnant (this fate isn't possible I’m not dating and I’m still a virgin). I dreamed I was telling my friends and walking around with my big belly at college. I went swimming which made me go into labor went to the hospital and had a child. It was a girl. I was mad because I always wanted a boy before a girl.

Apparently I had another baby in my stomach but it was due at a later date. I don’t know where the first baby goes for the rest of the dream. My manager from work had a discussion with me and I spoke of how these babies would ruin my life because they were mine forever. That my college years were destroyed because of the babies. They I went to see the doctor and his wife was Dr Addison Sheppard from Greys Anatomy and they gave me pills 2 keep the other baby in my tummy healthy.

Does this dream have any meaning at all or is it just dumb randomness...

Sometimes our fears and uncertainties can manifest in our dreams as 'what-if' scenarios.

In this case, however, I think your 'pregnancy' is reflective of your attitude towards sex/pregnancy. Your 'big belly' can be your pride in remaining pure and true to yourself. The giving birth to a girl, and being disappointed, could be your fear that when you do engage in sex or a sexual relationship, the result will be different than what you expect or hope for.

The 'other baby' in your stomach, therefore, is the sex/love/relationship you are hoping for, at a later date. The conflict between wanting to abstain, coupled with your insecurity about how/if/when you will ever be ready, is why your 'manager' (someone higher in knowledge than you) says your babies can destroy your college years. What that could mean is that the fear of trying to 'care' for these two worries can make you miss out on all the possibilities of life and fun that is available to you now.

Likewise, going to the doctor usually represents making an effort to resolve any conflicts occuring. That the wife was someone you recognized, and made a point to mention/remember, implies a need for female understanding and sympathy, depending upon how you related the the character of Dr. Addison Sheppard. The medicine implies a solution to the problem, the reassurance that the other 'baby' is still ok.

What your dream/mind is trying to tell you that it is ok to be worried about relationships and sex, about fears of not being ready or disappointed, but that those fears cannot touch the real love/sex/relationship you are looking for. When you are ready, you will know it. And no matter what happens, when someone loves you, they love you for being you, not for being someone else, and their love (and sexual expression) will reflect it.
