Log in as you.
Go to the Start menu and copy each of the games by right clickinf on them. Then paste them to your desktop
When you have all the icons, click on My Computer and go to your Hard Drive (C). Right click and create a new folder there. Call it "Icons". Drag and drop all the game icons into that folder.

Have your kids log in, and go through My Computer to the Icons folder. Copy them out of the folder and onto their desktop. They will then be able to run the programs. If they want them on the start menu, they can drag the icons to the start button and it will add them to the menu.
