Ok stripes in french is Raies!
Purple Nail Polish-
If your feely luxorous. Also with purple wear more of the cooler colored clothes (like blues, greens, purples or the darker colors).
Green Nail Polish-
If your feely happy or creative, go with green! If your wearing the warm colors (yellow, reds, oranges, greens) then definalty stick to green!

I wouldn't do either color... I would suggest painting your nails like the "stripes in French" aka French Manicure
