A universtiy does NOT have to accept a US degree. In fact, in Ontario one University doesn't necessarily have to accept a degree from another although as members in the AUCC they are 'supposed to'.

Generally a US regionally accredited degree will have no problems here although some degrees from small/unknown colleges may be VERY closely scrutinized.

I would assume the U.S. has some sort of reciprocal agreement with Canada where each will find the others degrees valid. You could always find a Canadian university's website and email them. I'm sure they'd know.

it depends on ur university and the degree, if ur faculty or degree is accredited rite, then its accepted in most countries. most skools here in canada r accredited meaning they have agreements with most of the countries of the world. since u're the states and ur next door neighbours are canadians, then u shuldn't have any problems. trust me in canada they even feel only expatriates are experts.have a nice life.
