Don't despair, you have ended a negative relationship, rejoice as you are now free of that burden. The propensity for people to stay in a negative and life draining relationship, rather than be alone is just plain ludicrous, and should be avoided at all costs. I believe that it is because we validate ourselves based on whether we are with someone, or not, and this is the kind of thinking that is instilled in us at a very young age that we need to learn to counter as adults. You matter, because you are a human being, despite whether you are with someone or not. And the only kind of relationship we should be in is one that is loving, warm, life-affirming, trusting and with friendship at it's core. Good Luck and Peace be With You!!!

1: don't knock yourself down think about what it was that ended the relationship and move on.
2: spend a little time getting to know yourself, strengths, weaknesses, what you like and don't like and then stand true to yourself.
3: When you are ready look for those qualities in a man that you like. Give the relationship about a year to let the infatuation go by and see if this is something you really like and then go forward.
4: Look in the mirror everyday and realize you are important and deserve a positive supporting loving relationship.

Heads up there are lots of reasons to keep going.
Look at the sunset or even better admire the sunrise.
Look at the smilling faces of happy people around you and be assured that although you don't feel that way now, you will one day.

Always remember...nothing in life is permanent.....whether good or bad....If good, make sure you make the best of it...If bad....it will eventually wear out.....

It is always good to end a negative relationship...it is also good to grieve...it is very good to stay celibate and in no relationship for a while after a break up.

Finally, learn from your mistakes and avenge yourself by living as happy as you can....choose right this time...

Remain positive: remember the reason you left
Remind yourself of the things you've wanted to achieve but haven't been able to.
If there are children, remember that they have the right to grow up in a balanced environment and loved
Never forget who you are and what it is that defines you - if you've forgotten, now's a good time to remember.

get friends that are good listeners and not judgers. Ask them to give their honest OPINION. Take it in, make notes about self, and make a decision to work on one thing a week. Before you know it, you've focused and dealt with self and not the other person...that's hard though.

Is sacrificing your happiness and free will how you really believe you are showing someone that you love them? Its NOT!!!!! If your not happy and you have tried to fix your problems and nothing changed then you should move on. It doesnt make you weak. Your weak if you dont stand up and say that you deserve to be happy and you deserve to be treated with loyalty love respect and passion. Love is compromise, sacrifice, trust, passion, and safety...... FOR BOTH PEOPLE....
