I'm with you, Kim. I'm serving a rib roast with stuffed artichokes, twice baked potatoes (with sour cream and butter inside), Homemade baked stuffed clams and green beans sauteed in olive oil and garlic! I also have the full line of pickles, olives, roasted red peppers and the like. Man, I'm getting hungry thinking about it! Merry Christmas Kim!

I'm making a Chocolate Pie, a Peach Cobbler, and some Deviled Eggs. We are also having Ham, Cornish Game Hens, Dressing, Turkey Gravy, mashed potatoes, rolls, Cranberry Sauce, and Lasagna.

I just got home from my brothers -Christmas eve is our big party
and I took home leftover home made pasta, meatballs , sausage
and antipasto, So tomorrow, no cooking for me. I also have plenty of pastries, shrimp cocktail, pepperoni and cheese platters
and chips and dips and candy to last me past New Years.
