Crave Mc Donald's happy meals every day? I'm not pregnant or anything, but it seems like I'm ALWAYS craving fast food! (No I don't eat happy meals every day). Does this happen to anyone else?

I do actually suffer from depression/anxiety/social anxiety disorder/ADHD, but I'm on medicine.

I don't know if you remember reading it in the body, but I do not eat fast food every day, nor am I overweight. Some people consider me underweight. And I am on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety pills.

Wow, after reading that you were craving those carbs, I thought to myself "Is This person depressed??" And I read that on the bottom. Yes it is normal to crave carbs when you are depressed because your body is looking for a source of energy (especially if your depression is the kind that makes you so, so tired and sleepy) Yes it happens to me too. But my cravings were all over the place: tacos, fries, bread, doughnuts, cookies. I noticed that when I ate I felt more energy and less depressed, but then I worried about getting fat. It isn't worth it. Go to the doctor, and and ask about the possibility of going on anti-depressant medication ( if you do not already take it).

I've had this

for me it was because i ate take away mostly mc d's nearly every day and my body or my appetite always wanted the fast food because thats what i had been feednig it for so long i think it became dependent or maybe it was a form of addiction or that it was quicker than other foods

anyway it would be best for you to ignore the cravings and eat some good food
your body will thank you for it

My Nephew is on ADHD meds and is as thin as a rail but craves fatty, sugary fast foods like McDonald's. My sister said her Doctor informed her that its a side effect to the medication, and is perfectly normal. I hope this helps.

It's very common, that's why manufacturers put corn syrup into all the food they sell. It's highly addictive and leaves you craving more food because chemically it short-circuits your 'full' signals from your brain.

It is normal to crave fast food everyday just because it is easy. But it is not wise or healthy.

Yes, thats fine. Just be sure not to over eat. It clogs your arteries and can make you very un healthy. When you go to MickyD's you should try to get addicted to their salads and try some Low Fat dressing. Just dont over do the cheeseburgers, fries, ice cream, etc. etc.
