Blue-fly has top name designer finds for good prices. Smart Bargains is the online site for the famous Loehmman's Discount Department store, so it's notorious for designer fashions for less.
I would also check out www.luckymag.com for other websites that may sell discounted goods. However, the above two are the best I know of on the web. If all else fails, give e-bay a shot too!
