You do not ejaculate sperm. Afterall, isn't that the reason for the vasectomy? Sperm is still produced but it will be absorbed in the body can completely harmless. Yes, you do still ejaculate, it just doesn't contain sperm anymore.

I am guessing you will only have the clear liquid that comes from the prostate. So yes, but it won't be white and I also imagine it would be forever "runny" and not thick.
