and does my size seem fine because i would love to be a 2 but my hips cant get any smaller

Maybe this will make you feel better. I'm 25 years old, 5ft2, 120lb and a size 6-8. You can't possibly have big hips if you are a size 3. HTH : )

I'm 5'5" about 125 lbs and I wear between a size 6-8. And quit worrying about the size. It's on the tag and not on the outside. All that matters is how the jean looks on you.

Youre are just fine. Your measurments do not define you! I am 5'5'', about 140-150 lbs (depending on the time of the month) and I wear a size 11/13. I'm several sizes bigger than you and I'm not even the slightest bit self concious. The number means nothing honey!

It depends on the jeans for me
I usally wear a 4
but i can fit in to a 3
And oddly i can fit into a 16 in kids (but i only have one pair)
I'm almost 5'4
