Neither nor - my past experiences with either subject has taught that both are easily replaced - otherwise, I'd flip a coin, then give it to whoever didn't call anything.

It's pretty unlikely that you would be a match for both of them, so it really isn't up to you to choose. And even so, they both can go on dialysis; people live for years on dialysis while waiting for a transplant.
