Implantation occurs about 8 dys after fertilisation and the hormones that are present rarely is detected before that. There are tests on the market that can test about 4-5 dys before your period so you can try those. To learn more about pregnancy tests visit www.newbabyjubilee.com and click on Your pregnancy---> 1st month or visit the shopping pg on the site for pregnancy tests such as the 1st response.

God Bless!

I got a positive pregnancy test 6 days before my expected period, but I guess that was really rare? Some tests you can take as early as 5 days before your missed period, but that is also only like a 50% chance of picking up the pregnancy hormone. If you have the money to spend on lots of pregnancy tests, take one every week. Good luck!

two weeks after ovulation is usually good enough to test at home. Any earlier than that you would need a blood test to confirm a pregnancy. You could always head to the Health Department in a couple days. They'll do the blood test for free. Good luck, and I hope you get your Christmas wish!
