I just found out im 3 weeks pregnit...what are things that I should know? im trying to make shure im prepared...

The first thing you need is good prenatal care. Eat really good foods such as fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Eat tuna it helps with brain cells. Ask your doctor or nurse for a list of the foods you need the most of.
Get all the rest you can. This is the most important job you will ever have. It is also the most rewarding.

I think the most important thing you should start doing is taking folic acid and set up a doctor's appointment, they will probably schedule it around the 8th week... I have read everywhere that it is better to take the prenatal vitamins at night so you dont wake up with morning sickness.
If you smoke... (try) quit asap, if someone around you smokes... stay away from it.

im way too young to be pregnant or even consider it but i watch A LOT of discovery health channel. make sure you eat really really healthy, and just because you are eating for two does NOT mean to eat more. Take vitamins that are best suited for the childs growth development, and exercise so when the baby is born you remain healthy. And besides being financially secure just relax and enjoy being a future mom, good luck!

First go to a Doctor 'cause you need to be on control to know how is your baby everymonth also you need a special type of vitamins like Iron, Acid Folic, Vitamin B and stuff; then get a blood test to find out how is your health... well your Doctor is gonna tell you all that and more, try almond oil on your belly just to make your skin elastic so you are not going to have scares on your belly. At the very top of the list, you should buy a copy of "What to Expect When You're Expecting." It's like the pregnant woman's bible! It has everything in it! I bought a new copy for all three of my pregnancies, it's a gem!

Other than that, take your prenatals, eat several small meals, and exercise moderately. (walking and swimming are excellent forms of exercise for Mom-to-be) Be sure to keep your prenatal appointments as well.

when u get about 4 months you will start to leak so make sure you wear a bra that will prevent you from leaking out side your shirt

take your vitamins get rest and keep active but be care full and not over do it and don;t four get to talk to it they will respond and understand just be care-full and enjoy your new baby
