To be honest - I would separate these two because I do not feel that they are the same. I am a deeply spiritual person but organized religions seldom inspire me.
I do not like being judged, oppressed, disrespected, etc etc etc based on someone's religous convictions. If I go to the ocean and breath deeply while celebrating the wonder of the ocean - it needs to be okay that I define that as spirituality - it brings me peace and calm and allows me to survive for a while longer dispite the hate and violence, poverty and intolerance I see every day.
Good question but I tend to avoid this catagory.
