I use Google search . When I type in a search , it shows the correct results . But when I try to go to the searched site , I am sent to a site other than the one I have clicked for.

Better to be on safeside. You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

it sounds like you have a browser hijacker, if you get spybot - search and destroy, and adaware se, update them both and run them they should sort out your problem. they are both free. I hope this helped
