I wouldn't be sure of that. He does good and only good. Santa is generous, he makes kids universally happy. Christmas is one of the fewest times when family and friends unite, relax, and enjoy! Santa brings pure happiness into each and everyone's home - nobody should commit such a crime such as arresting him!
