First, congratulations on joining the (biological) ranks of womanhood.
For the first few years, your cycles could well be erratic. It's completely normal. It's just your body's way of getting used to your new status. and new capabilities. Even when you have a regular cycle, remember that most women do not have a 28-day cycle. It could be a bit shorter, it could be longer, or it could never be regular. Whatever is normal for you is what will be for your. But if at any time, your cycle changes, you will be best to see a doctor.
SInce you won't necessarily be able to tell for a few years when your period is due, keep a pad in your purse. When you're older, when you're working, I'd avise you to keep a small package of them in the back of your desk drawer, if you have a desk. The thing is, when you pack just one in your purse, you seen to always need 2 or 3 that day, but when you pack 2 or 3, you seem to only need one. Keeping that small package around means you don't have to try to guress.

That's a hard question to answer, as some girls will skip a month at first. A period once regular is every 28 days. However, your first year with a period it could come every 14 days or it could be regular or it could skip months. There's no way of knowing.

Generally periods are supposed to come about every 28 days.
If it does not, dont be alarmed. Many women are not that regular, and it is normal for it to be off by a few days or even a week or so.

you might not get your period for another 2 or 3 months. When you first start your period, it will ofte take some time for it to get to every month

that depends you could get it 20 to 27 days later or longer then it might change and you might get 2 in one month. it takes awhile to become regular but depending on your age and if you are comfortable birth control is used to regulate periods. talk to your ob and your mom (again depending on your age).

could be next month or six months from now, it will take time to regulate, so don't worry. It'll come regularly soon enough.
