Well, some paleontologists believe the T-Rex was a scavenger. I'm hardly qualified to speak here but simply judging by the skeletal structure of this animal he certainly doesn't appear to be built for speed so I tend to lean away from it being a predator myself. You can't eat what you can't catch, right?
I think everyone has a fascination with dinosaurs and who would honestly pass up the chance to see a living one in the flesh? I know I wouldn't...

I think dinosaurs died out for a reason. Nature tried it, didn't work, so they slowly died off in favor of animals that functioned more efficiently. I think it would be idiotic to bring back the larger of the dinos simply because of the destruction they would bring. Back then, they really didn't have cities to destroy. I think it is best to leave the past, in the past.
